Is he a member on this site or is anyone on speaking terms with him in the States?
Previously used quadra-anglezz for his id.
He's not responding to my emails.

The guy seems to be a bit of a con artist, gets very bad press on the US sites and also over here too.
Just hope you haven't paid for something on one of his auctions!!

i won an item off him 6 weeks ago, paid up straight away, :(
have got nowt ! he answered my first email about 2 weeks ago, but has ignored my subsequent 2,
his feedback justifies his reputation, I would never deal with him again....it was a stupid impulse buy on my behalf, :-[but I am going to report him :knuppel2:
I don't understand why he isn't banned from ebay
most US ebay'er are great, and polite, but there are a few arogant ones, I could give you a list, but i don't want to open up (another) can of worms !

I'm really pissed now knowing I'm not the only sucker. Paid good money for a set of rims and haven't heard anything. Sent him loads of emails and even tried to ring him. No luck. All I want to know is whether they've been sent. It's bloody frustating.
eBay don't investigate auctions themselves, but if you've paid by paypal (which I assume most would as it's one of his requirements), then paypal have a process to follow for reporting then claiming which I've started in my case.
How can this w@nker get positive feedback?
eBay will strike members off under some circumstances. What do you think? Shall we get the b#stard? I want his blood.

think it was just him, waited on haro decs and vdc forks for a good couple of months but they turned up in the end like i said. dont know the guy, so maybe i was just lucky but they where packed well and better than described, and best of all...cheap

yep it his name is heath .. ive had stuff off him in the past and in his defence all has come thru ,also i wasnt happy with some hubs i got from a while back him and he squared that deal up too .. but sayin that im waiting for an item to come from him at the mo which is takin way too long ...

I'm not miffed cause I haven't got the item yet, I'm miffed cause he can't be arsed to let me know if it's been sent.
I wondered if he was on holiday or something but he's got loads of auctions on the go which suggests he isn't.

I had a hutch stem off him a couple of years back, arrived in about 2-3 weeks but take his descriptions with a pinch of salt, he describes everything and used not abused or mint and alot of it looks like rusty shite that's taken a pounding....I've heard enough bad press and seen him write enough crap about his stuff parts to make me not go there again. Even if it's something I really want as soon as i see it's him I think fook it.

gotta say i have dealt with him on ebay and outside of ebay. i have got nothing but praise for him mate the shipping is slow but when it does arrive and i am sure it will look at the stamp when it arrived in the uk it will shock you how long the turds at parcel force keep things here.. its annoying waiting but worth it in the end.

My Torker frame came from him, took fookin ages, several ignored mails, but F+F landed for £17 with no duty, so whan all is said and done I am happy as a happything :daumenhoch:

Again thanks for your comments everyone. I'll be more patient than an drunk in an A&E ward. The fact that some of you have good things to say about the bloke gives me some confidence. I'm just felt I had been screwed cause he changed his member ID after the auction and has never responded to my requests for information.
pkradman - he uses flat rate international. Doesn't mention the company but UPS quote 6 to 10 working days is an example. But I know our customs hold things up big time, which is why all I want to know from this guy is when he sent the item and the tracker details. I'm relaxed that I haven't got it yet.

he told me it was mailed out, but never sent the promised tracking number, so far he's ignored my subsequent mails...
he was polite in the first mail, so there's still hope from what you say.
maybe he's okay, but most arrogant us ebay award must surely go to 'siddhamaster' - talk about flippant, dare you to ask him a question and see the sacrasm drip away ! LOL !! anyone else had the pleasure ?

my description was OK and I was happy
itr was funny that he did send it express and parcelfarce then decided to treat as a standard service and took 4 weeks to deliver it after it cleared customs
the biggest joke is parcelfarce , how they keep going is beyond me they are sooooooo shite its scary

Good news beautiful people. Quadra-angle1 responded to the paypal report I logged. I now have tracker details. Guess what, for an item paid for on 10 May, it was posted...

He says that it had been previously sent and returned because the customs form was incorrectly completed. He says he has now sent the item by priority air mail and is deeply apologetic no not comng back to me earlier. I want to believe this guy but it aint easy. Lets see when the item turns up.
At the other extreme - Ginny's Old School BMX shop in the States has been brilliant. Wanted some tyres and asked her for postage costs. Ginny responded immediately that she was off on vacation and could her response wait a week. Of course I replied. Sure enough Ginny responded a week later without prompting but did ask to bear with her if I wanted the tyres because she was really busy but would post the tyres asap. I sent Ginny a request for tracker information a couple of weeks later. Got an immediate response and low and behold the tyres had been sent a couple of days after Ginnys mail and were delivered 9 working days after Ginny had sent it. The whole thing had taken 3 weeks and Ginny had been away for one of those. Big thumbs up for Ginny's. :daumenhoch:
A little communication goes a long way. Quadra-angle1 take note. Could a link to Ginny's shop be added to the links page if it isn't already?

But I did notice that this guy has changed his eBay member ID AGAIN, to 'zambmxxx'...WHY. I don't trust him.

The most ignorant waste of space seller I have ever had to deal with
same story as many , no replies , sent by economy post but I'd paid airmail priority, recieved over 90 days later and I could not leave feedback because it had been that long
oh and changed his ID a couple of times in the space of time too
I wouldn't bid , if he had a 24kt gold Ripper with a Buy it now for $10

Me too, I got a Hutch Seatclamp off him, it is mint, but Im not sure if its 100% Gen & it took about 6 weeks to arrive, I had to send him emails saying if I did not hear from him I would be contacting Paypal.
I would not deal with him again >:(

yea 1 deal , but a good one, parcelforce fooked up and delvered the item as standard but he did ship priority and it was dated as such
mixed bag from the members of rad so you pays your money and takes your chance

Interesting mixed reports. I'm glad I'm sorted now and as I said, the goods are as stated. Paid for 10 May, received 22 June and took a Paypal report to get him to respond.
All's well that ends well :)

i had 2 stems from the states of a guy i had previously bought of, after we gave it 2 months he gladly refunded me, we left good feedback for each other no probs,
he and i always responded to emails which left us both feeling that the stems were Genuinely lost in post,
about 2 months after he refunded me and we are talking some 4 months after i originally purchased them i got an email from him saying that they had been returned to him with a note saying that i had not collected them from parcelforce and would i still like them,
i hadn't even been left a note to say that parcelforce had tried to deliver them :tickedoff: but i paypal'd him direct for them and they was delivered within 2 weeks :daumenhoch:
postal services can be sh*t, but if you at least have good comms it is'nt so annoying,

i sure a lot of issues are parcel force just leave stuff in there depot and don`t bother to deliver
