can anyone help please - im having a nightmare removeing some bearing cups from a aero pro 25th ani frame - anyone got any good tips please? Paul

use a flat punch and drive it out from inside to out.hitting it at 12 ,3 ,6 and 9 0clock until it pops out.

just to give you an idea ,do the same for 1pc cups

fook me dan - thats almost 24 hours
hitting it at 12 ,3 ,6 and 9 0clock until it pops out.

sorry i wasnt very clear its the actually metalparts that are in the frame not the bearings themselves but thx for ya help

same thing bang them out the same.

why dont you get a thin/slim chisel and tap it out , it worked for my builds in the past leaving not a mark unless you go mad!!!or put something in the bearing cup hole (if you know wat i mean :crazy2:) and pull it out??i dont know if it will help or not but just sharing my knowledge.good luck ;)
