Title: help sugino ct cranks

help ! anyone got a guide on how to fit sugino ct 3 piece cranks - im a newbie and seem to have a lot of bits and no brains! im using a tange sealed b/b so please if anyone can help id appricieate it.

got same crank n same prob need torque settins for bolts to hold arms on to !!!!!!! no not do it up tight  :2funny:

I've got a couple of pairs of them just try and fit the spindle so it's quite equal either side in the b/b, tighten the b/b and then add the arms. As the spindle's tapered it should just go on so far and then just tighten the bolts.

don't forget to put a dab of grease or copper slip on the spindle
may be handy later if you ever wanna get the arms again
