It is a looptail which I thought was an 82'/83', but since learn't could even be 84'?

cant date a looptail exactly just that they ran from 80 -early 84  , but if ur lucky enuff to have a round top top tube loopy then there the very first ones  ones

Round top tube was 1979, about 100 no. produced using Race Inc tubing....

 i don't think they made the round tube ones to start they are only the odd ones where Bill Bastion didn't have the right tubes. The PK Ripper is the PK Ripper which were made late 78/79 till 84. all that other crap is just legend.

JU was 78, Ripper was 79... 

Have look on OS under the heading... University of old school bmx... top quality reading for any SE fan, some nice detail,... and Bob, you know I like my detail  ;)
