i just wondered if anyone has a photo of some 90's slams so i can get the placement right :LolLolLolLol:
theyre the ones with the basketball players hand dunking the ball,
thanks in advance!
heres the old challenger with the slams on, i preferred the castillo's but it should have always been slams as it suits the race/trails style of the bike,
i need to build something to use the stillo's on now though! :LolLolLolLol:

thanks oberon youre a gentleman and a star,
much obliged dude,

DSD, that bike looks totally awsome!!! The slams finish it of totally. I cant stop looking at it!
It could do with a black chainring, but that is minor.
If you need some of the slam stickers I have got some of the dunking hand and the converse allstar like in oberons picture. Let me know if you need any. (I dont have any dancing man tho).
-
thats one crispy lookin ride dsd :)
-
dude i could definitely do with a dunker and converse!
i'd appreciate that massively mate :daumenhoch:
as long as you have more of both to pop/use yourself like!

the stem pad didnt fit!!
i bought some more velcro strip and took it to a gentlemens tailor to un-pick and re-sew the longer strips on! :idiot2:
is this going a bit far? :LolLolLolLol:

if you had seen the lengths i have gone to ,to get something finished you would laugh at me.alot lol

i will give you one instance of my badness.
i was awaiting a frame set to get painted
but another chap had a rush order on so as its my mates
company i get it for alot less so have to get in line at times.
well my other friend works for him at paint shop,so i called him
and explained i was in a hurry ,so he went to the paint shed
and removed the mans paint >:D so mine was then done on time.

You can get 2 or 3 inch long strips of velcro that are double sided: hooks on one side, fur on the other. You can use them to extend the pad strip. I even saw a pair of S&M pads on Ebay a while ago that has an extention strip already with the stem pad.

Stunning!!! Cant stop looking at it!
I am even getting to like the silver chainring. It ties in with the rims and the sticker decals.
Def better with Slams. I really cant see a single thing Id change on it!
Nice one!
Oh, and the stickers look waaaaay better on those bars than they did in the box under my bed, where they have been for about 12 years! Still, worked out well for your bike that they were there. ha ha.
-
And to think, you almost sold that bike, you numpty.
:daumenhoch:
Very nice.
