Title: Can you dye a lavender seat white??
Post by: james1973 on June 21, 2007, 05:27 PM: Hi all, ive read the info on dying white seats different colours, but can you dye a coloured seat white? Im guessing no?

then don't touch it with your fingers!!

spray on the plastic primer
then some 2k primer
then some 2k white acrylic

then stick it somewhere warm for a few days to bake it on good. in the airing cupboard!

But if it's a bog standard seat in white? sell the lavendar (or keep for another build) and buy a white one?? :daumenhoch:

my mate runs a body shop

he has plastisizer, etch primer, hi-build, and racks of 1k base and 2k cryl in many colours. all at my disposal
