Round four of the Summer Series at everyones favourite 4 man track takes place on Sunday July 15th. After the last two rounds, which saw some terrific action with the South region rounds, the Hersden regulars get back to domestic racing with all important points on offer.
At the top of the leaderboard, its looking very good for Zippy, but Mr Rusty, Extreme pervert and all the others are on hand in case of any slip ups.
Everybody welcome, with registration opening at 10 ish and closing at 12.30.
Entry fee £2.50

Well you know I'll be there. :daumenhoch:
I've been spreading the word about this in the OSSS section as well so hopefully they enjoyed they're arse whipping last time and are ready for more. :LolLolLolLol:
-
If all riders can send me a pm if they are coming, then I will rotate the motos again if enough interest. Hopefully the numbers will continue to rise in the youngsters groups , after a disappointing start to the year it came to life a bit on June 9th.
Everyone thats able to come if you could let me know no later than Friday 13th July, then I will do the motos on the Saturday night.

They're coming for you Simon; the Tango Army is marshalling its troops for an invasion on the Hersden regulars!! Best start thinking of good excuses for not being there Muttley, MeddlE, etc.!! ;) I'll be there with my revamped Redline. Humps

Guys, forgive us, we was going to pay you a visit....but Dingo and the midlands Old School need some competition, so a few of us will be heading up the M1, with a bit of luck they can kickstart a series in the Midlands.....Good luck with Hersden, we will be thinking of you, and Im sure we will be back again soon

None of the OSSS crew want to parttake then?
Check out Ratty's post earlier in this thread and you would know that most of them are heading up to Bulwell, Nottingham to give them a flavour of what they can expect at MK in August. You get me though as it's a 160 mile trip each way and as it's only a club meeting I doubt my boys would be interested. Humps
-
After talking to some of the OSSS riders on Friday they were dead keen to make the trip to Hersden so I think a few will definetely turn up. I hope they will anyway. :daumenhoch:
-
U know we all love coming to Hersden (especially cos we get to ride the sea front afters) but the trip to Bulwell is part of a MUCH bigger picture long term for the OSS, we'll be back tho :daumenhoch:
-
Just to clarify then, all the osss riders are going to Bullwell on the 15th?
I know a few wanted to come to Hersden instead, well they did on Friday night anyway.
-
I think theres a few going to each, a few of us wanted to support Dingo in trying to set up the midlands OSS :daumenhoch:
-
No worries Ratty, I'm sure all you guys will be at Hersden on September 16 for the big Old Skool Shootout, plus this will be our finale to the Summer Series. Dont forget August 12th as well or is that the same day as MK?
Got the usual crew together already (although no news of Meddle), hopefully this so called summer will improve and it could shape up to be another good one.

Cheers Tone, we will deffo make the September race, The august race is the week after MK, so we may be able to make that one as well!!!
-
Myself and Altai will be in attendance. Kev needs the company at the back. ;)
-
Cant wait, got me new ride together too 8)
-
OK then, it looks like we have 10 definates which should ensure some good action, will do the motos in the usual Hersden way, so anyone can turn up without pre registering.
Weather forecast, according to bbc 5 day, gives it good for Sunday.
Will see you all on Sunday :daumenhoch:

I have the flu and I'm sweating buckets at the moment so I may not be able to make it. :(
I'll try my best though. :daumenhoch:
-
I'm sure the rest of the boys will say get well soon......eventually ;D
Only joking , but its only Wednesday, Zippy and I'm sure you will be ok for the weekend.

Gra may have an extra bike to bring along
is that gonna be ok ?
i know your car's quite small and thought i had better check
esp as its a 2 tonnes of top quality ultra burner .........
-
Easy, it's a MK2 so it's as light as a feather. :LolLolLolLol:
-
:LolLolLolLol:
You weren't supposed to read that bit Si ;D
-
I'll fit some stabilisers to it and we can attach it to the tow bar with a bit of rope.
-
mate having got it home last night and paid off the low loader driver
i reckon the best way would be to fit a sail onto the huge handle bars and i'll sail it down there :LolLolLolLol:
-
TK there is some doubt as to whether Nottingham will go ahead as there have been sever weather warnings posted.
If it does get cancelled we will probably want to come down to Hersden.
Can you let us know the latest we can register? Or allow registeration on the day.. Thanks
-
i would think tony would be ok with you registering up to 6pm sat.please pre register if you are coming as it makes things so much easier for tony on the day.saying that registering sunday is cool.be great to have you all there.weather looks ok for sunday.the odd bit of rain maybe.
-
Nice one Justin, lets check with Dingo first, once we know whats what, I will give you a shout :daumenhoch:
