Title: shogun info needed

I've just picked up this little old bike with a shogun badge on the headsube.
Can anyone tell me more about this bike?
Has Tange forks and Tuff II wheels that I need  :D
If someone interested in the frame, let me know......

i'm sure they were part of the susuki range  :-\ reasonably low range  :( .
