Title: Dp Firebird Freestyler...really need to know what year?

Can anyone help with dating my Dp Firebird Freestyler with a serial number 0523?   A pint on me to the person who nails it down!   :daumenhoch:  Thanks guys!  Tom

sounds like an early number to me......got to be around 83/84 i'd say but i'm not DP expert so i don't know if you can tell by the numbers alone?

Does it have DP cut into the plate at the rear? or is it solid?  as the early ones were solid as far as i remember.  also is it chrome or white?  as i'm sure that was the only colours the first ones came in.

Thanks for the replies...it's the one that Mivvi was selling on here.  No dp cut out on the rear plate.  Here the for sale thread with good pics.

I have a chrome one that i cant find the serial # on !

Its the same design as yours ,my one bitd had the # on the brake gusset is that where yours is ?
