Title: Daft and obvious 1/2 to 9/16 tip.......
Post by: mark 2 on July 09, 2007, 12:39 AM
I had some skyway pedals in 1/2 but all of my cranks are 9/16. Wrapped about half dozen layers of electrical tape around thread and screwed it into 9/16 hole. Got a bit tight, few turns of spanner til flush. Wouldn't stand on it but easily solid enough and square's up properley, good enough for a show bike and you wouldn't know....

These things are often on recumbent bicycles to get pedals wider.   :idiot2:
