Thanks Steve. I love that pic too.

There is some footage of me riding that car one one of Will Smyths Vidoes. I think the KOC sections on his videos were amoung the best.

Ah Phil, it at least looked like you washed yours! Mine was a right mess.

I think that was 91 or 92. I had that bike a couple of years and took it to KOC twice, or maybe 3 times.

I definitely spoke at some point to the guy in the purple shirt.

That was the year I checked in at a hotel and saw something in the guest book...
"Mr Smith! You wanna keep an eye on 'im, mate. He'll have the TV out the window tonight, you watch."
My memories of KOC kind of merge into one long contest, like Bond films, but the odd bit here & there stands out.
Was that the year some US riders broke down their bikes and sold them off so they didn't have to fly them back? I got some KHE forks from one of them to replace the rather bent Bully ones. Which someone immediately bought from me!

That guy in the purple shirt is called AJ, and hes from Oxford. The world of BMX was small back then, for sure.

I remember in 93 Joe Rich tried to sell me his Tech 77 levers for £25! I think that was the year.
