Title: Mongoose motomag spruce up
Post by: theRuler on July 12, 2007, 12:45 PM: you have probably all seen this old yellow goose i have in previous threads
i really like this bike!

well i have given it a tune up for MK. different wheels and pedals, and no brake.

what you reckon?

the pedals are mks footjaws that were gold (cages), but i stripped the gold and polished them

the atd?

mine has mongoose stamped seatclamp, bottom bracket, chainring and headset :)
oh and tatty mongoose seat. the bars and stem and seatpost are also off a mongoose, but not stamped.

at epic it came second to one of my other bikes

Gra, I got soime used black rat-traps from 1979/80 in the shed if they are any use to you. I'll sort out a piccy tomorrow once I've dug them out :daumenhoch:
