I've got a 3 piece Sugino GT crank - two arms and chain ring - but NO axle or B/B - I have seen the convertion kit on Alans BMX - does this do the job - has it got the cups and akle - does anyone know - can you help - or has anyone got one  ??? ??? ???

Does your frame have a US bottom bracket. If so, I would use this Tioga sealed BB set

Excellent quality, super smooth, maintenance free and all for just £25 from ALANS  :o

Steve - thanks for that - its going into a haro master 85 - one of those dodgy ones from Vertigo !!!! But will it fit ?

That Tioga sealed bearing kit's the best thing you can buy for a crank, and the price is about right. I've even used mine on two 3-piece cranks so far, a cast GT race set and some Freak Factory ones. Utterly brilliant.
