Original 1983 SE Quadangle Freestyler. This bike has been sitting in a box for almost 20 years, waiting to be finished. Skyway Graphite's Mags, the alloy stem stiffener, and hutch headset lock, last spring. The rest of the bike and it's parts have been sitting around in boxes since the 80's. Here's the build:: 1983 20 inch SE Quadangle Freestyler frame with the rear frame standers, SE Freestyler standing gear forks, Pro Neck, Hutch headset lock, SE headset, alloy black stem stiffener, CW Pro Bars, AME Grips, MX brake Handel, pink front brake  Black vinyl Handel bar pad and neck pad (not in pictures), Black Fluted VDC seat post, odyssey Stamped black freestyle seat clamp with the Holes, Pink SE Racing Seat, With Black suntour Pedals and chrome crupi cages (the pedals are used)

bit of wild cable routing on that front brake!!!

nice ride though

if i was being picky - and i can be ;)

i'd swap out the bars and pedals, drop the stem down, and sort out the seat!

is it really an 83?

I agree on the Bars front. Pros only look right on certain bikes. Mostly they look too big and dominate the front end too much, in my opinion.

That is weird cable routing on the front though. I love the decals; they are a really nice contrasting colour.

Still, nice bike that. Good find!  :daumenhoch:

I do like a nice pink Freestyle Quad  :daumenhoch:

I hate to do this but I would hope someone would point out these things if it was my purchase-
It looks like the paint is new, the F&F,headset & stem all match perfectly (what are the chances of that?) and it looks like it was sprayed with the headset in situ. The decals are the newer Fuji-SE offerings, colourwise it looks a little dark too, are the forks stamped SE on the bottom? I ask because they look different to my old ones and others I have seen, they also have chrome caps and not black plastic with grip tape on the top.
Skyways are new school Graphites too.
will be a sweet bike with a bit of TLC though  :smitten:

Here is my old one  :smitten:

Right about the forks O.D.
Really don't look like legit S. Gear.

And I would not call that seat an SE, it's more an Aero Kashi with an SE sticker, nice though !
