One week earlier than promised , but nevermind, Pre Registration is now open for the huge event that is the OLD SKOOL SHOOTOUT at Hersden on SEPTEMBER 16TH.
All RAD members are welcome to join in to make this the biggest meeting we have seen at the Kent Track.
All OLD SKOOL riders can now pre register by sending me, TK the MIC, a pm, (or if you wish by this thread) no later than 7PM on SATURDAY 15TH SEPTEMBER. All motos will be drawn that night, so you will know your gates etc when you arrive at the track.
When you pm me can you let me know your name and plate number :daumenhoch:, Cheers
All riders for our other age groups can register on the day.
Registration on the day closes at 12.30pm and as usual entry fee is £2.50.
33 Riders took part in the April event with 28 in June ;D, How many can we get for September???
Looking forward to hear from you all soon.

Five in so far, plenty of time yet. Hope to have a poster ready for this Sunday (12th), so various people can take it back to their clubs. We have a bike sorted for the raffle , plus one or two other bits and pieces.
Spoke to Jason and Adrian Martin from Brixton on Sunday, and they said they would do the best to try and make this one. Those who remember the Brixton invasion of 2005 , will tell you what a good meeting that was.
Plus there is also a bit of interest from Dagenham outside of the Old Skoolers as well. :) :) :)

OK thats eight so far for O/S Shootout on 16 Sept.
Keep them entries coming , no number too great. Format for the meeting will be three motos for each rider with points scoring 4,3,2,1.
Top sixteen riders will go into quarters and so on, the two previous meetings saw eight points be enough to at least get in for a run off for qtr final space.

Also to all those coming, we have secured some nice prizes for the raffle, so make sure you bring a couple of extra quid with you.

Fresh from my hols now including riding the Cornwall BMX Club meeting last Friday and completing the Coast-to-Coast Trail on Sunday so I'm fit (ha!!) and ready for this one. That'll be #00 as usual cos I don't think I got an OSS07 number, or at least one that I'd be happy to show anyone!! (Will catch up on that thread later tonight) Humps

Good news on that front Chris , we could very well be keeping registration open until 1.30 so that the footballers can get out without any problems. So you can have an extra hour hangover recovery :buck2:
