Title: Torker bars ?????

Anyone recognise these bars as being Torker??
2x Torker decals look like they have been there forever, the welds are top notch aswell.
Any idears people? :)

Not sure to be honest mate.

Could be C Dubs with decals on em?

to think my mate at work offerd me that frame for  £40 and i turned him down what a bummer  :-[ :-[
