Title: You're 'avin a 'tin barff' incha?
Post by: Moose on November 13, 2005, 04:59 PM
My apologies for my poor southern accent, but I could not believe the price that this fetched. I know it's NOS and in its package, but I'd never of thought it'd get what it did as it's late 80's with the rear cable adjuster?

Moaning? I wasn't moaning, just surprised.

I was interested at first because I thought it didn't have the rear rotor adjuster (none of my builds have rotors.......yet), but when I realised it had the adjuster, I lost interest.

If it'd been an original mallet, without the adjuster then I wouldn't have been surprised at what it fetched at all. I suppose it just goes to show that late 80's early 90's stuff is also picking up.
