Any of you guys used this to clean up a chrome frame ready for powder coating ,iv`eseen an article on vintagebmx and it looks pretty good but dont know if it`s any good for powder coating.

No never used it, but the best way to get a chrome frame ready for powder is to get it sand/grit blasted.

I have used on bars, not a frame but it really is good stuff.
However, I leave all prep work to my powdercoater, he media blasts the parts and powders them. I would like to think most powdercoaters would prep the frame before applying the powder.

I'm sure that if the chrome is good you can just degrease it and powder over the top with no blasting.
