got this today from my friend and unknown what it is .sorry about pic ,camera hates inside pics on low settings .has 6 spoke tuffs on it and dia compe brakes which are handy for other things.

yeah i know what you mean .
my camera does do funny things at times and was in a rush so that why poor pic.
welds are good on it i will say that .funny thing is i`m sure i seen something like this before

No No. just drink about 15 cans of beer, and the focus will sort itself out. the you will be able to easily recognize it..lol

I'm sure universal or townsend did a similar frame with a lozenge shape platfrom like that,
