It looks a bit like the 2-hip Stout Boy but i suspect it's a generic Toys r Us bike.

I don't think you can get a TRU bike with the Brake bosses on the seat stays.
Not a stout boy either.

Those bosses have got me wondering, too. Normally POS bikes have mounts for cantis on top rather than centrepulls slung under.
A skinny Sabbath copy? Certainly looks similar around the rear of the seattube.
