Please help im just about to try and dye my kashimax handler seat from yellowish white to red. Will this dye? im not sure if its plastic or nylon. Ive put a post in the tech and restore but i havn't had any replies to it and tonight is the night. Im a Virgin!! dyer

No problem. Do you know what i can do????? the cooking pot is getting warmer. It'll be in, in 30 mins please let me know if im gonna fook it up. :(

lob it in ,not boiling thou as it might loose its shape,just pretty hot
lob in your salt and dye stir well and keep it all covered.

dont skimp get it all in disolved and stir,hot hot but not mental hot then cover all .and good luck

dont forget the salt.

Don't be afraid to bring the water to boiling point and simmer if you have to ... heat and salt are very important :daumenhoch:

major malfunction. My dog chewed up the dye pots :idiot2: she looked so funny with her red teeth and mouth :LolLolLolLol::2funny: !! so ive bought some more gonna try tonight. ill let you know as soon as its done :daumenhoch:

yeah but not with the dye in her mouth. I should have though but just wanted to clean her up in case it was toxic or summat. Im uploading the pics of before and after at the mo to photobucket. they'll be on in half hour :daumenhoch:

Ok here we go..... it started out as white (ish) :LolLolLolLol:

i added 2 pots of dye at first and 1.5 kg of cooking salt

and simmered it for about 20 mins in my fooking massive dyeing pot...

and ended up with this... :'( :(

A little dissapointed, probably due to the size of me pot, so in went some more salt (1.5 kg) and 2 more pots of dye alot more heat and left it for another hour stirring every now and then. I then took it out and was amazed at the change it looked really good, just covered in salt
