Its corrupt thats for sure, but is it a case of do or die?
Anybody help ID this particular frame? Obviously needs a good shotblast and re-chroming or powder coat. Any info much appreciated.

i aint raggin on burners, but that one looks rusty and the forks look tweaked
anyway, didn't they all have black forks?
