You can visit here for a detailed parts breakdown :daumenhoch:
http://www.retrobsession.com/pages/Diamond%20Back%20Silver%20Streak%20Spec.htm
Sounds like you have a set of early Dual Drop out forks which came on the early DBs and Pro Kits.
http://www.retrobsession.com/Diamond%20Back%20frames%20and%20decals.htm
If you want to be really item specific ;)
The pedals are SR MP 134
Though the chainring is a Sugino 44T in black and not a Turbo style, only the Pacer 500 and Formula One and Super Streak came with a Turbo style chainrings. :daumenhoch:
Also the freewheel chrome/black but very difficult to source. There were also three marketed versions of grips, being the Cobra, Foam and F1 style grips.
Added to that, the seatpost clamp could either be a grey SR or Suntour in Black
Cbrigil has black/silver fluted seatposts and chainrings in NOS. :daumenhoch:
When you say it's a I, not a II, are you referring to the decals that are presently on it?

also added:
stem could be a black/silver SR diamond back
Seat was an "aero" kashi copy.
Black diacompe pre bend levers
