can anyone tell me anything about their bikes i have looked on vintage bmx (they have pictures but they dont have any spec for them?)

I can tell you lots about my bikes, but they are not cbr's     LOL - sorry could not resist !!

late 70's stuff, they were a respectable company and their gear seems to fetch a premium with the Americans but as with most of the earlier gear the collectors are few and far between here. JMC and Mongoose aside.

 Reilley1 is our resident 70's mogul.  8)

Here are some cranks produced by the cook brother's after they sold the company in 1984/85 ish.

Marketed under the name Cook's rather than Cook Bros they did not produce these for very long because the new owner took them to court over design rights.

(and now that I look at these again, I don't know what posessed me to sell them)

thanks for the info. the guy that resprayed my car turned out to be someone who used to ride bitd and we got to talking and he told me he still had his cook bros bmx and its in his dads loft untouched for 25 years!

you better have offered to buy it .they are really nice proper old school i love their framesets .and their cranks are great .werent they the ones that used 1 piece crank pedals ?
