Spotted this oddity at VW action at the w/e. Huffy Vortex rare apparently...anyone know anything about them?

it not really old as i had a old huffy that was old with chain guard and boy was it a pile of crap ,look like a sr spinmaster on that and look like bits of everything on it as well
