Title: What colour for my PK Ripper frame and Forks?
Post by: Weeksy on September 06, 2007, 01:12 PM
Hi Guys,

I am looking to have my F&F powdercoated, and not sure what colour to go for..

I was originally thinking white, but now I am thinking baby blue.

What are your thoughts.

Give or take, this is how it is now:

Your thoughts would be much appreciated

Cheers

I don't have your kind of wedge Lee!

This bike owes mw nearly 1,500 quid, no turning back now.

I never ride it as it is.

I am too far from all the action and everyone ignores me :'(

What you riding now?

weeksy

i suggest going for biege frame n brown or red forks :4_17_5:

when painting SE loopy rippers n quads
ya gotta think what OM would do
and he would go with the clashing opposite colourway
believe me cos i asked him :daumenhoch:

or go for the blue camo as mike said
little like the colourway the luftwaffe would have used bitd

either colours great, i've got a baby blue one that is tops, but also a Mike Buff replica (White Frame with Baby Blue Forks), and think thats the best colour option so far,

although candy red is nice, Waxin's all white one,  black and gold , or anycolour with brown forks look classic also  :D :D

Some lovely SE's kicking around here...

Thanks for all your input guys, really appreciate it.

I like the sound of the blue white camo, but for me that would aggro!

I think I am going to go white for simplicity, and get it all nicely powder coated.

Baby blue stickers and my pads should finish it off...

Thanks again

I dont wanna step on ya toes mate but i have just had a Ripper painted black with gold decals. Superbikedan did it and it looks SICK!

I like black as it looks awesome with whatever tuffs you use or whatever rims you use too. Just check Dave's (Dordymush's) Pk that won bike of the year.

I rest my case!
