I have had this bike for years, bought it when I first started collecting and went to buy some tuffs off the owner, he said this was for sale and I didn't buy it straight away but all the way home in the car I could not stop thinking about it. I hadn't seen one before but it reminded me of a gen 1 Haro and was so nicely made I had to go back...
I've only seen one other and I bought that too (a purple one) but traded it for a Supergoose 3
Enjoy....

Sweet :daumenhoch:
I've seen a couple for sale in the past (normally on ebay.com) and been tempted by them for the same reasons as you, but I resisted.
-
They are fantastic frames and were the choice of most pro flatlanders in the mid nineties.
Personally though i'd change every part on that bike!
-
have you wrapped it up yet and sent it over to me ;)
nice mate thanks for sticking it up.
-
I love that, real nice.
Looks real good. :daumenhoch:
Brian.
(I want one to sit beside my Dragonfly Double Dynamite now)

Thats exactly how I got it....bit of an odd colour combo but I didn't want to change it - although the tuffs aren't on it at the moment as I lent them to someone.
-
be carefull wrapping it si :)
is it on its way yet im waiting,.........still waiting

It's not the colours, I just think that bike should never wear Tuffs!....and the Fishbone 'gyro' is an abomination!
It needs some nice 48's.
Beautiful frame though! :smitten:
-
I sold some of those exact zero rake forks on ebay...................they went for £8!!
they were mint aswell :'(
i suppose they were rare...........possibly that rare that know one knew what they were :-\
-
Those forks are genuine kore flatland forks, there are lots of copies out there that Cyclesport were selling pretty cheap.
I know tuffs aren't right for it, I think the guy I got it from had old school in mind when he built it but just didn't know it! As for the gyro, the fishbones are a really nicely made bit of kit!
-
Those forks i had were proper kore forks, the chrome and quailty of the welds where superb!! :daumenhoch:
should have kept them for a rainy day ...
-
Dont mention the gyro (UFO).People on here hate them and want them all rounded up and sent away to a dark place!
I found this the hard way. I still use mine though and secretly like itt but dont tell the others ;)

A lot of people like them and that's fine! Just not my cup of tea but that's only my opinion and that's not worth much! :daumenhoch:
-
I don't like giros at all!!
Yep, you should have kept those forks bigdog...
-
nice frames those morales, i remember backyard and cyclesport selling them off cheap (if only i could go back in time :tickedoff:)
-
that bike is begging for a super pro on the front with radial laced spokes. on the rear a static freecoaster on a super pro rim in traditional cross lace! and an odyssey gyro!
-
Funny you should say that C.B...... thats just how my Morales was back in T'90s..... The freecoaster went on my Condor for a while for a bit of backwards action and I parted the rest out and flogged it in my shop.
Cool looking bike I always thought. :)

I'm a huge Morales Fan. I've had a BTS & want one of the twin TT ones. Here's a little more history on them:
