Guys, after spending ages scanning and retouching every page of this magazine you can now download a 14mb PDF for one week at:
http://download.yousendit.com/4035A3FA7D798D86 (http://download.yousendit.com/4035A3FA7D798D86)
Then it can be downloaded from www.23mag.com once its posted. Best viewed with Acrobat 6 or later.
Its over 100 pages and features a summary of a decade of BMX from 1976 to 1986. Some of the spreads were featured in the movie Joe Kid… Enjoy!

I still have this magazine, it's one of my prized possesions as well as my original BMXA patch (the original logo)!
One of the highlights of my life was hanging out with Gork, Lew, Spike and AJ at the Wiz pubs house in Torrance for a few weeks in late 87 I guess. I went over with Will Smyth (DIG ED) and we did the full tourist thing, honda hills, orange Y, BMXA bike tests, we even polished the Nora cups and sent out club homeboy zines and tees. Man, happy, happy days......
