I have a seatclamp that looks very much like that on my Quadangle I got off Funmonster. It's called a Jam buttie apparantly.

Check my post in the Freestyle section Quadangle Freestyler now completed.

ive just bought a jam buttie flex fighter lol
seat clamp looks the same to me
