Title: Pepi's Funeral
Post by: Jamie C on September 27, 2007, 09:42 PM
Pepi will be buried next Friday at 2pm in Horsham.

I know that Trev, Steve Pannell, Steve Habbishaw, and Dave Young want to come.  Since only 60 people will fit into the chapel we need to control the numbers.  If you'd like to come then please PM me for details.

The final cost of the funeral and all arrangements is around £2,900.  We're a tiny bit shy of that.  It wont be a problem, however, if anyone still wants to donate, we wont be using their hard earned cash to pay for our holidays this year!

Good news - we've moved the service to St John the Evangelist church in central Horsham.  1.45 for a 2pm start.  We can now accommodate anyone who'd like to attend within reason.  This coming Friday.

Jamie

I didn't know Pepi, but know plenty of people who did; I would love to be there to show my respects but with work next week it would be difficult to make it.  I'll certainly say a prayer for him and as I said earlier I am glad that the OldSchool BMX community has stepped up to plate to ensure that he gets the send off a showman like Pepi deserves.

regards

Marty

RIP.
