Been working on this one for sometime - being a single dad i have to purchase parts as and when but i need to thank those that helped me out with bits and good deals - you know who you are - and i thank you all bigtime :daumenhoch:
Built the wheels myself - jesus that was fun! everything on the bike is NOS or reconditioned - stripped n polished etc etc
Frame = GT Pro
Forks = Tange
Bars = GT Pro
Stem = DK
Headset = Odyssey Locking
Grips = Ami Tri
Number Plate = Haro
Brake Levers = Dia-Compe Tech 3
Brake Calipers = Dia-Compe MX1000
Brake Cables = Clarkes Power-Glides
Seat and Post = Uni Turbo Pro 14
Seat Clamp = Suntour
Pads = GT
Cranks = GT Racing
Pedals = Odyssey Sharkbites
Bottom Bracket = GT Sealed Bearing
Hubs = Suzie Sealed Bearing
Spokes = Stainless Steel
Nipples = Stainless Steel
Rims = Z Rims
Tyres = Generic Comp 3 Copies - GT Comps in the post!
I really please with the build and learnt loads along the way - not least how to lace and true rims and how to mirror polish!!!

1983 ??? looks sweet, but i doubt it's an 83. like the colour.

bologna cut top tube says no where is it stamped BB or rear drop?

stamped rear drop out 1184266 - i correct myself Nov 84 frame i make it - its got the 4 stamped to so i make it a pro - correct me if im wrong guys - got the frame number mixed up with my next project :LolLolLolLol:

yup 4 for pro jr for jnr, 2 for expert/standard, 24 for 24" etc

It's not that white anymore, and if you file the post down the fiberglass is actualy pink :2funny: ;D

Hi Paul good to see you finished it !! I purchased that frame in 84 and owned it up untill Aug this year !! I rode it from 84- 85 then bought numerous other frames but at the same time had kept it in the Garage and then restored it last year !!
Glad it has gone to a good home
