Title: Torker 280's what where the difference
Post by: dj_benice on September 29, 2007, 03:29 PM: Have an 83 torker serial tjj8396 oval gussett anybody know how to tell if it is 280 or 280x ??? Is it as simple as the x's had an x at end of serial?

Yup read that the 280 was so called as cost $280 (from alans website)and that the 280x was better specced wasn't sure if that was all, now to decide which decals ;)

so if your building it to factory spec its a 280x if custom its a 280 .

Any idea what the diff TT lengths where Mark?
