Brought a complete bike back with me in May, wheels in one suitcase, frame in another, bars cranks and forks in another stem and seat in my rucksack. My advice is when your out there buy a set of digital fishing scales from WAL-MART so you can weigh your cases as you pack them. Loads of people when we were checking in was having to open ther cases and shift stuff around.
