I am still undecided if I like them or not?
:) DINGO :)
-
i like the ripper team but all the others are nasty
-
i got an se broce race and it is okay for the cash not bad and well made but it is from 1999/2000 so not sure who made it really .
-
i know i go on about this but i love my 2005 Ripper, its a really good bike...simple as :coolsmiley:
Have a go of one(if you can find one). They are given a lot of unfair stick because of the brand sale in 97.
-
quad pro looks like the exact frame as my 04, landing gear look even thinner which don't bode well since mine have twisted.
-
yeah that seems a bit crap! the original Landing Gear were the thickest forks we'd ever seen at the time & they built a reputation around that!
its a shame we only get a watered down version nowadays! they are the same in name only >:(
-
oww i quite like the blue team ripper though and is they're same price as last year looks like a good bike 4 the money
-
The landing gear on my 2005 Ripper are identical to the landing gear on my 84 Ripper dimension wise and materials wise so nothing 'watered down' about them, but i agree that the 2006 Quad Gear looks a bit puny...cant imagine twisting them..you must have been doing some serious stuff. :idiot2: Ow
-
erm...no :)
-
look ok to me
-
I've got LG max on my 99 Ripper and they are deffo meatier than the ones on my Quad, which are beefier then the standard race fork
beefier, meatier?
-
you hungry Bob ;D
:) DINGO :)
-
Thats worrying if you didnt give em any stick and they twisted.I dont think i could bend my LG's if i tried. You would think that they would be extra beefy on a quad...it was always the one to thrash as opposed to the Ripper.
I'd cry if i were you. :'(
