Title: D20 cranks
Post by: ollieovcity on October 06, 2007, 10:11 AM
Does anyone know if these cranks are any good? I'm looking at a 3 piece crank for my build and saw these in Alans, the only pic they've got is of the black ones - has anyone got or seen the chrome? I was thinking of getting the Profiles from USA but if these will do the job and not look out of place on a Streetbeat i'll go for these to save the hassle of possible import duties.

Any advice or opinions would be very helpful.

cheers Ollie.

I think they are more a late mid to early new school crank than an old school one but someone like Dan or Laz might be better placed to tell you  :daumenhoch:

Are these the ones?

Yes there the ones - I was looking at getting the chrome ones. I was wondering if they'd look totally out of place on a streetbeat.

Yes, that's what I was going to do - i've got a tuffneck to use with the cranks and thought these looked a good cheap option.

they should be ok as they have the same spindle, bearings and end bolts as redline proline cranks ;)
