quality vid, be liking the transfers at epic, i wanted to have a go at that curved wall ride at corby but spent most of the day rolling around on the floor
-
nice one thats cool
where is the concrete park?
-
Lovin that Phil, really good.
That big bank and wallride under the road at the start? Thats Cov, right? I used to have a skater mate who was at Uni in Cov and Id go and see him now and again. We spend quite a bit of time riding that spot. Very cool. (It was probably in the late 80s so I dont expect I would have seen you there Phil. Were you even born then??? :2funny:)
-
Very nice, lots of different parks, quality riding too.
-
appreciate all the comments guys, keep em coming!
theirs two concrete parks in the vid, one is a bowl in holbrooks park in cov (270 xup over the hip). the other park is worcester (where the techs mainly going off!)
alex- i was already on a bmx by the late eighties! wasn't old enough for my mum to let me go any further than the local block so i had to settle for a plank of wood and a few bricks, but i could clear the entry way though!
the banks under the road are known as the boys club banks (they're next to cov boys club!) where pretty much every trick i have, has been learnt down there before progressing to a ramp.
a useless piece of info is that this is how my username came about. remember the mid nineties when eveyone had their place of 'localness' sheep hills locals (s.h.l) slades farm locals (s.f.l.) etc, well most of us in cov were known as the cov boys club locals (c.b.c.l) as this is where every street session every night kicked off!
-
