Title: what are these pedals

dont know what they are anyone got 4 like hearts in pic must be the make spin nice and smooth .anyone got idea who made em and if they are trash or not

Sometimes more for 9/16 black cages ones, some did like 120+ USD a few months on the US eBay :wtf:

Looked like a bid war on one set, but they don't pop that much often, I've been after some for a few months before getting hold of a nice NOS pair
