Title: make a dark blue seat light blue ?

anyone know if i can make a dark blue seat a lighter blue?
i know if you leave things in the sun it does this but dont really want to wait about 40 years for the sun to come out and help me along  :LolLolLolLol:
anyone any ideas?  :-\

sunbed it may fade it or use bleach first then sunbed lol

trade it with somebody else, far easier.
