i know they list those as Tuff III's now but i'm pretty sure i remember BITD that Tuff III's were what the alloy hubbed Tuff II's were known as!
i remember buying my blue Skyways from Surrey BMX as Tuff III's because they had the new alloy hubs ;)

So what were the early Tuffs with the metal? (Well they look metal) hubs? They look like the normal alloy hub Tuffs but flatter. There were a blue set on here not long ago, think it stated they were 1979.
