Post by: Haro82 on October 26, 2007, 11:56 AM: I have just ordered a couple of things and they have charged me twice and I have never recieved either of them. They have ignored my mails and you can't get through on the phone.

On the VISA bill it shows up as Cycle City London, I googled it and they have a shop in London. I phoned them and it is them and they reckon they have had problems with their phone/mail over the past few weeks and they will get someone to contact me today. I'm a bit sceptical though so that's why I am going through the process of getting my money back through the VISA company.

I will let you know if they get back to me.

The owner of the above business AND the person responsible for bestbuybikes
is Mr Simon Phillips.

Tried calling the number and it goes straight to answer phone with no pre-recorded msg.

He said 'He has had problems with his phone line and will call me this afternoon to let me know about the order' Yea right.
