started with this .oven pride and wet dry then bit autosol .4 hours ish later .not perfect but im quite happy for first attempt.few marks left and not blinging shiny like chrome .not sure what to do next on it

lol i was just gonna say them look like my hands when i've done any polishing.

what tools are best for polishing ??? anyone used a car polisher ? As i have one lying idle in the shed........

i use wet and dry by hand, then dremmel, then on the buffing wheel mounted in my pillar drill.

ive got a pillar drill with small attachments on it
unlike rom blokes who's is bigger lol

really struggling with the hubs .the shape makes it hard to wet and dry and polish they dont seem to be coming up at all

THE RIM IS PRETTY GOOD NOW BUT NOT GLEMING IS THIS case of more autosol and keep polishing with that ?????????

Get one of them polishing attachments on your drill... cover the rim in autosol and give it a buff!!!
..... should do the trick as you're nearly there with them rims!

i have some nos ukai rims i want to polish before building up is autosol and a drill bit attachement the way to go? and will they stay shiny? :-\

Popped into machine mart today and picked up a polishing kit for just over £10, comes with drill attachment, 2 polishing wheels and 2 blocks of polish. Plan to hold my drill in the workmate and give it a go this weekend.
