I dunno mate, the crank is deffo Ammaco/Mongoose styley but I don't think its either one of them, might need to see a different shot from above?  ;)

no idea but as it's got a one piece crank and a big lug for a chain guard then i'd say a POS.  or a 90's Diamond Back (which amounts to the same thing)  ;)
