Title: 2Hip score! Need help with ID

Ok fellas, this is today's score. Trouble is I don't know what it is. I was told it's a 2Hip Big Boy. I was mainly after the shafted Redneck, and I really dig the Cheng Shin knobby on front. Looks like the bars are Hoffmans, Redline Flight cranks(what generation?), ELF seat post unless that's just a sticker, pedals?,...

So is it a 2Hip Big Boy? Can anyone nail down the year?

Yeah, its defo a Big Boy with those forks

Year wise? mid 90s

Can any of you guys help me ID these Hoffman bars?

They look alot like a set of Low Drags I saw on bykestore.com but I'm not sure.
