 I used to have a DP freestyler early 1984,it was brand new,and it had those stickers standard???????
Befor i did this build i checked old copies of Action Bike at all the DP ads,and had a designer mate make up the decals,hope you like it.I`ve got a pair of orange tuffs that need a rebuild......thats a job for next weekend.Cheers

Does look nice mate, restoring my DP FREESTYLER  to and have orange tuff 2s soaking in bleech, are they orange calipers you got there? wot make are they cant seemm to find any anywere

It took ages to find them, but their metorlite mx (COPIES OF THE DIA COMPE) i found them on the bay a couple of months back,BUT i did see another set on there last week???? they may still be on,i will have a look.................

Never seen those decals on a freestyler before. Only ever seen them with either the early red decals or the red/black both shown bellow.

The gold/black I've only ever seen on a Delta.

After checking all my back issues of ACTION BIKE it seems that DP fitted old style(DELTA 11) decals from jan 83 until april 84,then started to use the new style decals.If any one can upload the ad from ACTION BIKE March 84(page71) would be very grateful (i havent got a scanner) thanks...

My first custom build as a teenager in the early eighties was a DP Freestyler in chrome.
