There were loads of them about a while back Dave. Like all of the consumable stuff though they seem to be getting thin on the ground now.

the comp iv is one of my personal fav's for Hutch builds, as they came out with them for awhile. I would have to say they are much harder to find than comp iii rainbow labels, in particular the 1.75's they are almost non exsitant. After about three years of searching and biddiing I have 3 complete sets (2.125's and 1.75's). I really dig the side wall colour and the fact they are a little different...I think they came out in 83, but I could be wrong.

Comp iv's on my Hutch

4 of my builds has 1.75/2.125 compeIV tyres, they are the best tyres  :) , i used them in the 80's they were very soft and gave lot of grip

Came out about 85ish, because of the rubber compound being sooooo soft they used to wear out really quickly, III's would last me about 6/9 months, but IV's just 3/4 race meets if heavy on brakeing. Deffo not for street use.So thats probably why not so many left about. Right though, great grip. And looked good.
