Title: Anyone remember what these are called?

Who made them and is this an original 80's one?
The screw in thread is brass and it pretty well made.

You could use it as one,its a bit small though.  :LolLolLolLol:

its a screw on valve cap.i had them on my 91 haro sport......but they are older than 91.
