Post by: mr.magoo on November 12, 2007, 11:09 AM: Don't know if its any help, but i did see a week or so ago a couple of threads from Mike Pardon re Wigan track....sorry did not read them as I live too far south for it to matter, although one of my favourite tracks to race in the 80's. So have a look about, may have some important info. (Might have been over on BMXTalk forum??)

I was going to join a few months ago to show some support but then I broke my ankle on my BMX so have been recovering from that since then.

im waiting for a meeting to happen regarding new project in Bickershaw near Leigh
i have been told that there building a track or something extreme sports facility there.
until we find out exactly whats happening, three sisters people dont want to go ahead on the land.
