Nice one Frosty, :daumenhoch:

Thanks Frosty, that'll help if i use the Mongoose loose bearing BB. :daumenhoch:
Now it may be self explanitary to some but i have a Hadley Sealed BB set here but havent a clue how it goes together.. :-\

First off locate the cup in the frame, then slide the axle in, then the hollow spacer (ali tube), then the next cup, then the bearings. Once these are in you need to use the spacers between the arms to align the chainring with the rear sprocket, then do the same with the other arm. It takes some trial and error but it comes together eventually. :daumenhoch:

....then the hollow spacer (ali tube)..
???
Oh no, i'm missing a key part?

would the spacer fit that axle
-
that axle looks like a loose ball one, can you get a better pic up?
-
put some sealed bearing cranks together the other week with no spacer, just tightened up the spindle bolts till no play and then tightened the pinch bolts, no problems so far.
Although it is the wife who rides it, and she has driven a car for 5 miles with a flat without noticing :idiot2:
