Title: Leather Kashi's.
Post by: munners on November 23, 2007, 11:34 AM
Anyone ever taken the leather off them? What are they like underneath and do they have the Kashi logo on them on the sides?

Yeah I'd like to known as well. I got one a month ago for $15. It's still good and my butt likes the padding too.

No Nick, you wont have a NOS black Kashi under a battered leather one... as you can hear sometimes  :'(

There's some padding foam under the "leather" which is of course glued.
When you manage to get a small part of the foam off, the surface of the seat appears to have been like grinded for more glueing efficiency..

I have an old one here I plan to get re- done.

They are just two different things... the plastic ones and the padded ones.  ;)
