Title: dropouts

1 of my dropout is a bit bent :( , any tips on straightening it out , also in the way of fixing the wheel the dropout has bent down 2-3mm which is stoping the axel going on :-\

Get a wrecking bar or "jimmy" as they are asl known as and gently prise the dropout open.  Pics would be helpful to see ho far gone it is  :daumenhoch:

Minor bit of straigthening out with a pair of large adjustables to get the sideways kinks out.  Looks like the dropout has been flattened a bit by the axle bolts but you should be able to open it just enough with a bit of gentle persuasion  :daumenhoch:
